• UVA-UVB Sun Filters SPF 50 next-generation sun filters particularly well tolerated by the skin to ensure protection against UVA rays (responsible for photoaging) and UVB rays, which cause sunburn and erythema. Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate: it is a photostable organic molecule that is highly compatible and offers protection only against UVA rays. It reduces the formation of free radicals, thus slowing down all photoinduced processes that lead to cellular aging.

• Ethylhexyl Triazone: is a UVB chemical filter with a high affinity for the skin's keratin and therefore has good water resistance properties.

• Tinosorb® A2B is an innovative organic aqueous dispersion of a microparticulate UV filter with broad-spectrum UVB and UVA coverage. A new generation of micronized UV filters approved for use in cosmetics under the new EU Cosmetics Regulation. Tinosorb A2B protects the skin from UV wavelengths ranging from 290 to 340 nanometers, thus being the first of a new generation of UV filters that bridges the current gap between UVA and UVB, allowing for balanced protection across the entire spectrum of UV solar radiation with a lower filter concentration compared to conventional ingredients but with better and broader coverage.

• Tocopherol: Tocopherol is one of the main compounds of vitamin E. It helps the skin to stay hydrated and elastic. It improves microcirculation, thus increasing the oxygenation of the skin. Tocopherol is also very emollient, sebum-regulating, anti-inflammatory, and soothing. 

• Boerhaavia diffusa: commonly known as Punarnava in Sanskrit, is a plant that belongs to the family Nyctaginaceae. Punarnava contains several components, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, triterpenoids, lipids, lignins, carbohydrates, proteins. ​​and glycoproteins. However, in this case, MELAVOID is standardized on boeravinones. Boeravinones have been considered one of the most interesting metabolites of Boerhaavia diffusa, particularly from a therapeutic antioxidant perspective. This antioxidant activity complements the whitening action of MELAVOID, as it inhibits melanin synthesis. Furthermore, Punarnava has anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce certain irregularities in skin pigmentation. MELAVOID acts on the initial mechanisms of pigmentation, reducing melanogenic activity and leading to a decrease in the intensity of skin spots. It provides a dual action, evening out skin tone and reducing various types of spots (tests show that it reduces the formation of the enzyme tyrosinase by 63%, consequently reducing melanogenesis. Additionally, it reduces tyrosinase activity by 55%, demonstrating its powerful depigmenting ability. It lightens hyperpigmented areas, giving the complexion a smooth and even appearance, and positively affects different types of spots. In conclusion, it allows for a radiant skin with a more uniform tone.  

• Carica papaya (Papaya) leaf extract:   the extract from Papaya leaves with a high content of vitamins A and C promotes skin health and offers a complementary and gentle exfoliation method suitable for all skin types. They promote cell turnover and help remove dead cells from the superficial stratum corneum.

• Vitis vinifera (Grape) leaf extract (*): Red Vine Extract; from the seeds of the red vine, from the skins of the berries, and from the leaves, a phytocomplex rich in flavonoids, anthocyanins, resveratrol, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and vitamins is extracted. It has a scavenger effect, removes toxins, and stops the release of free radicals.

• Amyris balsamifera bark oil: Essential oil that releases a scent similar to sandalwood, with decongestant properties at the circulatory and lymphatic level and relaxing properties at the nervous level.

• Himanthalia elongata extract: this brown algae produces many interesting biomarkers, such as polyphenols, and more specifically florotannins (oligomers of phloroglucinol). These particular molecules have been identified during screening for their ability to regain control over skin pigmentation. By selectively enriching the extract with these specific molecules, B-Lightyl was created. The daily topical application of B-Lightyl at 3% significantly reduces the hyperpigmentation of spots.
